The officers of Climintime, have a long history of home-building experience. Since 1982, Climintime, its affiliates, and/or predecessors have developed, built, or have under construction approximately 1,600 residential units, including the current construction of the thirty-three-home community, as well as predevelopment processing of a four-hundred-fifty-acre, residential, planned development of approximately eight hundred single- and multi-family homes; eighty percent of this community will be comprised of open space, active parks, an elementary school, and civic and religious uses.
